AGN88 Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and AGN88 ("AGN88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at agn88.click ("Platform"). By creating a user account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the AGN88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. These Terms apply to all services offered by AGN88, including but not limited to online slot games, live casino tables, sports betting, esports wagering, live football markets, lottery-style games, and arcade products.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an AGN88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. AGN88 does not knowingly permit access to minors.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or self-excluded from the AGN88 Platform or any platform operated under the same group.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
5. You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling-related disorder, unless you have obtained express written consent from a qualified healthcare professional.
6. The funds used to fund your Account originate from legitimate, lawful sources.
7. You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) prohibited from transacting on gaming platforms in your jurisdiction.

AGN88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by AGN88 may result in Account suspension or closure.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each User may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address, contact number, and any other information requested in the registration form.

4.2 Verification (KYC)

AGN88 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as determined by our compliance team. You may be required to submit copies of:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months); and
• A clear self-portrait (selfie) holding your identity document.

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours. Pending verification, certain Account functions — including withdrawals — may be restricted.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. AGN88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify AGN88 support immediately.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The AGN88 Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. You may access and use the Platform solely for placing real-money or free-play wagers on games and markets available on the Platform at any given time.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or betting market;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or malfunctions to generate illegitimate winnings — any such winnings will be voided;
• Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Permitting any person under the age of 21 to access your Account or use the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating AGN88 staff, support agents, or other platform users.

Breach of any provision in Section 5.2 constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles AGN88 to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, void any associated wagers, and withhold or recover any funds derived from the prohibited conduct.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

AGN88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via multiple payment channels, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, BNB). Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument held in your own name.

AGN88 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider, bank, or cryptocurrency network may impose their own transaction fees, for which AGN88 bears no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment instrument verified as belonging to the Account holder;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before those funds become withdrawable;
• AGN88 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests before processing, particularly for large amounts.

Processing times are indicative only and may be affected by your bank or payment provider. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

6.3 Returned Funds

If a payment is returned to AGN88 due to incorrect details or payment provider rejection, we will attempt to credit the funds to your Account within a reasonable period. Any fees charged by the returning payment provider may be deducted from the returned amount.

Bonuses & Promotions

AGN88 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free credit promotions, and VIP tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each User may claim a specific welcome bonus offer only once. Duplicate account registrations for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balances;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as set out in individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period;
• AGN88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• AGN88 may, at its discretion, refuse to award or cancel a bonus if it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms;
• Where wagering requirements apply, only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute towards satisfying those requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the individual promotion terms;
• AGN88 may deduct Bonus Funds from a User's Account if those funds were credited in error.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the AGN88 Platform are powered by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Neither AGN88 nor its partner studios guarantee any specific level of winnings.

In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on a game screen and the result registered on AGN88's servers, the server-side record shall prevail for all settlement purposes. AGN88 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a User's reliance on an incorrectly displayed game outcome.

Sports betting markets and live football odds are subject to trading rules specific to each sport, event type, and market. AGN88 may void, amend, or suspend markets in circumstances including but not limited to: incomplete events, suspected corruption, feed errors, or the occurrence of extraordinary circumstances rendering market settlement impractical.

Responsible Gambling

AGN88 is committed to promoting safer gambling practices. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible through your Account settings, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain control over your gambling activity.

If you believe that your gambling has become problematic, or if a family member is affected by gambling-related harm, we encourage you to seek help immediately. You may request voluntary self-exclusion directly through your AGN88 Account or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods are enforceable and not revocable during the specified exclusion window.

Intellectual Property

All content on the AGN88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, imagery, audio, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to AGN88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any AGN88 intellectual property.

You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without AGN88's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGN88, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or in connection with the Platform;
• Any game outcome, settlement decision, or odds movement;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to events outside AGN88's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications outages, or government actions.

AGN88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposit amount held in your Account at the time the claim arises, subject to a maximum of MYR 10,000.

Termination

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to AGN88 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

AGN88 may immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any material provision of this Agreement;
• AGN88 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• AGN88 has reasonable grounds to believe that your Account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification; or
• Continued operation of your Account would expose AGN88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Amendments

AGN88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — AGN88 will provide notice to your registered email address at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent operational circumstances.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the AGN88 operating entity, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may enjoy under the laws of Malaysia.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, subject to AGN88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
